We bought this as a birthday gift and the recipient loved it! The quantity was large enough to share 2 packs with the family this Easter and have 1 reserved for later.
The recipient said the salmon tasted delicious and was a perfect choice for a birthday gift.
We highly recommend this product for gift giving and it makes the perfect gift when you just don't know what to buy! Great deal, too!

This is not the bright red, thinly sliced, extremely salty smoked salmon I'm used to eating. This is more like dry-cooked marinated salmon. It was a big disappointment.

Shipped fairly quick and was packaged nice. The salmon was ok. Not great or what I would consider better than what you can get at a good food outlet. If you live in a big city with options, then your better of getting it there. One item...they leave the skin on, so the flesh absorbs a lot of the smell and oils from the skin. If you're thinking of gravlox, or fish cured in that manner, this is not for you.

Everyone who received this gift thought that the smoked Salmon was delicious. I would send this to those who appreciate fine food without a single hesitation. Different seasonings and the three boxes make for a long lasting treat.
