"Crazy Cat Lady"
I purchased this item to make a hybrid burger. When you use ground sirloin there isn't enough fat in the meat. The butter gives that juiciness so you don't have dried out burgers. The truffles added a flavour unlike anything I had before. I have eaten truffles used in different ways, but in the meat they took on a whole new taste sensation. Really good product. I will buy it again.
