I love this stuff. It's great spread on sandwiches, or my personal favorite - to make salad dressing. 1 part tapenade, 1 part red wine vinegar, 2-3 parts olive oil. Shake it all up in a jar and you have an awesome dressing that requires almost zero effort on your part.
