The product is great. It is packaged very well. Much differently from other Farmer Cheese sold in the market.
The company's shipping however, was not so great. The customer should have been advised that it is necessary to buy expedited shipping. I assumed that the packaging was satisfactory for a perishable product.

This cheese proved to be exactly what I was looking for to make my special cheesecake. It's the closest thing to the old fashioned "smear case" that a person can find. Great texture and very little to no liquid. The taste is perfect for baking and no type of dry cottage cheese can compare.
