The Hadock was over smoked and a very dark brown colour instead of the pale yellow it should be. It was very tough and almost inedible. What a waste of money

I like this product very much. Quality and flavor is excellent. But I wish each fish filet were packed individually so that I could use what I want and freeze the rest for later consumption.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. THE FINNAN AND HADDIE IS EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED. THIS COMPANY SHIPS BEAUTIFULLY TOO. TIMELY AND WELL PACKAGED. I AM MORE THAN PLEASED.

How can it be Finnan Haddie if it is from Norway? Finnan is in Scotland.
