This bakery was a great find. The rice bread is fabulous toasted. I ordered the three loaves and immediately ordered more. The flavor and texture was much better than most gluten free breads. I would highly recommend this product.

The Silly Yak Bakery is great! Such fresh tasting goodies that most celiacs never get. It is a great alternative to having to buy bulk ingredients and slaving in the kitchen making huge batches of something that we want just enough for one or two sittings. Also it gives the variety that you can't get making it yourself unless you make 10 different recipes. We will definitely order again. Shipping was actually very good as we live in a remote area and being baked on a Sunday we received it on a Wednesday.

Although I have bought this brand of bread a couple times ( because I didn't realize other gluten free breads were available ) I do not personally enjoy the taste/texture/consistency of this gritty bread. It is really heavy and gritty like sand granules. There is no apparent flavor; but if this is the ONLY bread available then buy it. Shipping like all other baked gluten free items is outrageously expensive. I don't intend to be negative on this review but in all honesty this bread isn't enjoyable and the calorie/nutritional content label was never provided by the bakery in any of my orders.
