Even though I found out that I'm not fond of goat cheese, the product was in excellent condition, the delivery was quick, and I was extremely pleased with my purchase. The packaging was good and traveled well in warm weather.

This cheese is tangy and smooth. It is good on pizza, crackers and with any other choices you have. The company sends it with a freezer pack so it is fresh. It arrived quickly.

OK, it's about as mild as you can get, but man, is it creamy! I'd guess it's made from Tuscan Whole Goat Milk, 1 Gallon, 128 fl oz. (well, why not?). Anyway, it doesn't smell too bad and it sure is creamy. Did I say that already?
