Who needs key lime?Dec 21, 2008

As a Florida native, I grew up eating mangoes and love them dearly. I just tasted this tart and it is wonderful to eat and a nice sight to see. It is light and creamy, with a delicious mango flavor that lingers in the mouth. The crust is perfect and it holds up well when sliced. Although I was told this could last in the freezer for up to a year, I doubt that any thinking person could keep it in the freezer for that long. It sings out to be savored now.
