Tasty Cheese, well-packaged.May 12, 2012

This is a very mild and tasty cheese. It is quite mild, very soft and a bit crumbly, with a slight hint of salt. It is a good eating cheese and would mix well with various types of salads. I ordered 2 rolls of this cheese which considerably reduced the cost/pound of the cheese as the combined shipping was lower.
The packaging was well done and the cheese arrived cool and in good condition. Of course, I live in New England and it is not very ht here. I would be a bit more concerned if I lived in a warmer climate. I am not certain that the packaging would provide adequate cooling for a warmer location.
