I just bought this cheesecake after trying a sample taste at Costco and I will most definitely buy it again. It is extremely rich and creamy and so pretty to look at as well. I was told this could remain in the freezer for up to a year, but the are no preservatives listed that lead me to believe it is really expected to remain in the freezer for a year. I also find that at 450 calories a slice, I will be serving slices much smaller than the ones suggested by the nutritional data. If you like chocolate and you like rich cheesecake and you don't feel like baking it yourself, then this is the one for you.
