versatile and deliciousAug 06, 2011
By KAREN B All reviews I've read give 4 or 5 stars--use for pasta, bruschetta, etc. But I know it as a pizza topping with proscuitto and arugula, and shaved parm---fabulous. Brick Oven in Austin uses it---the best thing about Austin!!
