We usually get a prime rib for Christmas dinner from Omaha Steaks but this year I decided to try Burgers because their hams were so good. I have got to say this prime rib roast was the best ever! You have got to try it! Our roast was almost 10Lbs and we fed 12 adults and 5 kids, the left-overs tasted as good the next day! We had Philly cheese steaks with au-jus. You will not be disappointed!
