This cheese is very different. It has a unique flavor all it's own. I loved from the moment I tasted it.
I buy it for gifts of all occasions.
Certainly, a must try.

The title says that this is raw cheese, yet the ingredients begin with pasteurized milk. Pasteurized is not raw. This is clearly an attempt to deceive consumers into purchasing a product that is not of the quality that is being claimed.

Pasteurized MIlk is not RAW milk. I have no opinion on the taste of this product, but I stay clear of companies who try to defraud me by mislabeling their products

Good sharp cheddar. Liked the fact that it can packaged as two separate pieces..easier to keep in the fridge for longer periods of time.
