Cut from the center most part of a delicious Prime Rib Roast, the Rib Eye is considered to be the juiciest and most flavorful of all steaks. Neesvig's Rib eye steaks are cut from the finest Prime Rib. Your choice of four 4-oz. steaks or four 6-oz steaks. All products should be placed in the freezer immediately upon receipt. They may be stored in the freezer without any loss of flavor for 6-9 months. Product is shipped frozen in dry ice and a styrofoam cooler. Expedited shipping requierd.
