It was GreatMar 23, 2007
By Cary I. Knoop We found this product to surpas our expectations for quality and taste. Much of it is already consumed. Our experience with Amazon was also very good

By Jones Tavern This product arrived in a timely manner, well packed & in good condition. The pamphlet does say the cheese should be quite safe to consume even after a couple of days 'at room temperature'. Here a temp range should be provided. With the aid of the package tracking feature it should be possible to take a guess at how long a shipment may have been without proper cooling and whether or not that is a factor to you.
Lovely product, strong & distinctive.
Was much less pricey--including the S & H-- from IGourmet than any of our local vendors. We do intend to order from IGourmet again.

stilton cheeseJan 15, 2008
By L. Vincent The product arrived within the designated time but the cool packs surrounding the cheese were no longer cool. Inside was a leaflet stating that if this happens then it's no problem essentially and the cheese is still good which may be the case but I would have felt more assured by this product had it arrived cold. I had no idea how long the cheese was left out (non-cold). Other food distributors can manage to deliver their products still cold, why not igourmet? I was particularly annoyed by this as the shipping for this item was so high. I will not order anything that's fresh from igourmet again simply for this reason.
