Did not even bake this pieSep 12, 2010

I emailed them and told them how fantastic that they did when the sent me some glazed cashews, walnut fudge, and the Almond brittle which everyone else loved. And then we were about to try the cherry pie when we noticed a smell so aweful, that I can't believe that they shipped it like they did. The crush was like jello pudding and there was no crumble. It appeared and smelled as if they had not even bothered baking the pie. I paid $16 and some change for a product that would have made me sick had I tried to eat it. This is just unacceptable. I ordered the pie because overseas, you don't have good access to cherry pie and my Macedonian co-worker loves the medocre cherry pie over here. I contacted the company via their website and got no response. It is clear that they must either not care about their customers or they legitemately made a mistake. Either way do not order from them as they still have not responded after 4 days. I'll change this review if they make things right.
