They are shipped frozen and with ice packs during hotter months (Mar Oct) to protect them during shipping. Please note NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING must be selected at checkout. All cakes are baked fresh to order without the use of additives and preservatives and require a minimum of 48 hour advance ordering during off season and may require 3-4 weeks notice during peak holiday seasons.
