I have to sing the praises of these muffins! Avoiding fatty and sugary sweets is tough since I love cakes, cookies, pies and muffins but really want to stay on track.
I ordered a dozen of these yummy muffins, in 12 different flavors (was so awesome to be able to do that)
They range from 80-90 calories and have a decent amount of proteina as well as no sugar. They hit the spot everytime I have a cake craving, and are nutritious enough to have one (or two) everyday.
They are a decent size as well (No bitty portions here)
They are not super sweet, so if you are looking for a sugary cupcake type of cake they are probably not your best bet, but if you tend to not like things excessivly sweet to begin with then these are a real winner!
They are worth the cost and I will continue to buy them, they also ship quickly and are packaged very nicely!

These muffins were actually very good for a sugar free product. Not overly dry nor overly sweet (a problem with a lot of diabetic products) and they did not fall apart when you touched them (also a problem with sugar free cakes and cookies). The only problem that as a mail order item they are not readily available for impulse muffin orgies, you have to know in advance you are going to want a lot of them!
