Taylor's Market Dry Aged 7 Rib Standing Rib Roast (Full Prime Rib) 14 to 16 pounds

We select U.S.D.A. Choice or Higher Standing Ribs from grain fed steer beef. We dry age them a minimum of 21 days, a process which gives the beef that old fashioned rich flavor that you do not receive from non-aged beef. We pull the cap off, cradle the ribs, then hand tie each one. All you have to do is cut the strings and carve. Available in 3, 4, or 7 ribs which is a full prime rib.
