If you like to make your own hot and sour soup, cream of mushroom soup, or mushroom sauce, this is your 'shroom. There are two things to remember: 1) Break or cut the 'shrooms into very small pieces. Cooked, they are many times larger than in the dried state. 2) As another reviewer noted, these are best soaked thoroughly prior to cooking. I wish some enterprising person in the USA would start producing these.

These rehydrate quickly and are very tasty in soups and noodle dishes!!! Always rehydrate less then you think you need. Once hydrated they get much bigger!!!
